I started racing at the age of 13 in Bandoleros. When I turned 16 I moved up to the Legends cars. I quickly adapted to the Legends by winning my first two semi-pro races. This last year was my first year in pro and we excelled by winning 17 races, the Champions race, and the pole for the Legend car Nationals. I also won the GA. Pro Championship, finishing the year in 11th place in the nation. This past year I have also participated in some late models events. I plan to keep striving to be the best I can be and I am determined to make it until I can someday make a career out of racing. The experience I have gained and will gain from Humpy's Heroes is priceless to my development as an aspirating driver in the NASCAR big 3 series. It was amazing for me to see the amount of knowledge that all the judges have and their ability to convey that knowledge to us. I always look forward to every session with Humpy's Heroes because there is always so much I can take from this experience. I am moving to Charlotte on a part time basis this summer, and will be there full time in the fall. I have just graduated from Athens Academy, and have been accepted to the Lee College of Engineering at UNCC. My goal is to balance racing and college if possible, but I am aware of the demands as I continue to move up. I have made a commitment to my racing career and that will continue to be my first priority. I am open to all options that may come my way and will be grateful for any opportunities I may have.
